Cosway Street wins Civic Trust 2025 award

Posted 7 April 2025

We are delighted to share that last week Cosway Street won an award at the Civic Trust Awards 2025. We are incredibly proud to receive such an accolade and high praise from the judges.

“An exemplary model of contemporary residential design integration within its urban context. It offers a lasting contribution to the community and serves as a beacon of responsible urban development.”

Cosway Street is a 49-home residential development in Marylebone which forms part of the first phase of Westminster City Council's Church Street masterplan programme - one of the largest development projects taking shape in London. The private housing provides a significant dowry to fund the social, economic, and cultural aspirations of the wider scale masterplan transformation.

The building repairs a degraded streetscape and creates a contextual yet modern addition within the Lisson Grove conservation area. Responding to the neighbourhood's predominantly late Victorian and Georgian architecture, the design ripples with visual interest and reflects the rhythms and proportions of the neighbouring streets.
