Four awards in one night

Both Cosway Street and Swanley High Street picked up awards at the Housing Design Awards, whilst at the British Homes Awards Cosway Street won the award for Development of the Year (20-100 homes) as well as the Judges’ award for Architect of the Year. This is fantastic recognition for our own team who have worked so hard to deliver such high quality schemes, as well as the consultants, contractors and clients at Westminster Council and Sevenoaks Council respectively who have shown great commitment to deliver outstanding homes.
Swanley High Street is a mixed-use development that brings together a co-working space/business hub and 17 new homes for social rent. It makes productive re-use of a vacant town centre site and is a model for local authorities looking to take control of assets in their area to drive regeneration, support local workers and businesses and deliver new homes.
Cosway Street is a 49-home residential development arranged around a landscaped communal garden in Marylebone. It forms part of the first phase of Westminster City Council’s Church Street masterplan programme – one of the largest redevelopment projects currently taking shape in London. The sale of private homes is helping to cross-subsidise affordable homes and community infrastructure as part of the regeneration scheme.
Congratulations to the whole team!
