Jazz Yard shortlisted for the Waltham Forest Design Awards

The Waltham Forest Design Awards celebrate high quality design in the Borough and Jazz Yard is one of eleven shortlisted projects.

Jazz Yard encompasses 20 social rent, 30 shared ownership and 46 private sale homes as well as a new health and wellness centre which is scheduled for completion in 2025.

The development revitalises a former industrial site, bridging the new residential neighbourhood and workspace quarter of Walthamstow. A combination of rich patterned brickwork and green tiled accents sets the building apart from the neighbouring housing schemes and adds vibrancy to the surrounding streetscape.

Voting for the People’s Choice Award is open until 24 May 2024.
